DTS-ZK

• DTS-ZK is a double sided mounting adhesive tape with closed cell polyethylene co-polymeric foam carrier.
• The acrylic adhesive guarantees for excellent final adhesion and resistance to heat and aging and in combination with the compressible foam carrier results additionally in a high initial adhesion to rough and slightly uneven material surfaces
• Furthermore special mention must be made to the excellent resistance to UV and solvents as well as its good weathering properties.
• This adhesive tape is used for attaching decorative and functional strips, lettering, emblems, covers, holders and extruded rubber profiles in the automotive industry
• Shear Adhesion (25 mm² on V2A steel, 1 kg weight at 23° and 50 % rel. atmospheric humidity): >200 h
• The prohibited substances according to the RoHS directive (2002/95/EC) and 2006/122/EG (PFOS) are not included in this product
• Storage: Clean and dry in a well ventilated area, preferably at a temperature between 10°C and 30°C. Stored under these conditions shelf life will be a minimum of one year
• Application: Temperature: between +15°C and +30°C. Surface must be clean and free from dust and grease. Pressure sensitive adhesive must be applied with a maximum of pressure in order to achieve maximum pressure level. The indicated level of performance will be reached after a bonding period of 24 hours at 23°C.
