DTS-DO
- DTS-DO is a heavy duty mounting tape with an aggressive rubber adhesive.
- The tape is a real ALLROUNDER and has an extremely high initial and final tape to most surfaces, even to difficult plastics such as PE and PP.
- Its peel and shear resistance values guarantee an eminent stability of the adhesive joint, even under elevated weight load
- Applications: mounting hooks, mirrors and displays, fixing decorative trims, emblems and holders, mounting in the furniture and automotive industry, exhibition and shop fitting etc
- Shear Adhesion (25 mm² on V2A steel, 1 kg weight at 23° and 50 % rel. atmospheric humidity): >10 h
- The prohibited substances according to the RoHS directive (2002/95/EC) and 2006/122/EG (PFOS) are not included in this product
- Storage: Clean and dry in a well ventilated area, preferably at a temperature between 10°C and 30°C. Stored under these conditions shelf life will be a minimum of one year
- Application: Temperature: between +15°C and +30°C. Surface must be clean and free from dust and grease. Pressure sensitive adhesive must be applied with a maximum of pressure in order to achieve maximum pressure level. The indicated level of performance will be reached after a bonding period of 24 hours at 23°C.
