DTS-T-442
- Double-sided tape with a non-tearable cloth carrier coated with an acrylic based adhesive.
- It ensures a high initial tack and semi-permanent adhesion.
- DTS-442 is mostly plasticizer stable, free of solvent and has a very good resistance to aging.
- DTS-442 is ideal for mounting objects for advertising and displays, making moulded rubber parts and profiles self-adhesive and as mounting tape in the printing industry as well as for fixing carpets and PVC flooring for exhibitions and interior decoration
- Shear Adhesion (25 mm² on V2A steel, 1 kg weight at 23° and 50 % rel. atmospheric humidity): >5 h
- The prohibited substances according to the RoHS directive (2002/95/EC) and 2006/122/EG (PFOS) are not included in this product
- Storage: Clean and dry in a well ventilated area, preferably at a temperature between 10°C and 30°C. Stored under these conditions shelf life will be a minimum of one year
- Application: Temperature: between +15°C and +30°C. Surface must be clean and free from dust and grease. Pressure sensitive adhesive must be applied with a maximum of pressure in order to achieve maximum pressure level. The indicated level of performance will be reached after a bonding period of 24 hours at 23°C.
