• DTS-465 is an assembling system consisting of a thin PET film carrier coated on both sides with a solvent based acrylic adhesive.
• It offers a very high initial tack, superior adhesion and outstanding holding power.
• The tape has good die-cutting properties and excellent resistance against environmental influence, e.g. light, heat and humidity.
• DTS-465 offers an excellent immediate adhesion and reliable bonding to smooth, rough or low-engergy surfaches, e.g. PP, PE, etc.
• Widely used in digital electronic industries, e.g. mounting of screen / battery compartment / rubber parts or assembly of framework in mobile phone and digital camera industries.
• The prohibited substances according to the RoHS directive (2002/95/EC) and 2006/122/EG (PFOS) are not included in this product
• Storage: Clean and dry in a well ventilated area, preferably at a temperature between 10°C and 30°C. Stored under these conditions shelf life will be a minimum of one year
• Application: Temperature: between +15°C and +30°C. Surface must be clean and free from dust and grease. Pressure sensitive adhesive must be applied with a maximum of pressure in order to achieve maximum pressure level. The indicated level of performance will be reached after a bonding period of 24 hours at 23°C.
