• DTS-470 consists of a PVC film coated on both sides with a solvent acrylic adhesive.
• Very strong adhesion and holding power.
• With PVC as carrier, the tape has very good electrical insulation and temperature resistance.
• Good die-cutting properties
• For applications where very high performance is required : e.g. car mirrors, trims, bars & cable ducting etc.
• It is appropriate for rough or structured surfaces.
• Widely applied in membrane switch industries and electronic industries.
• The prohibited substances according to the RoHS directive (2002/95/EC) and 2006/122/EG (PFOS) are not included in this product
• Storage: Clean and dry in a well ventilated area, preferably at a temperature between 10°C and 30°C. Stored under these conditions shelf life will be a minimum of one year
• Application: Temperature: between +15°C and +30°C. Surface must be clean and free from dust and grease. Pressure sensitive adhesive must be applied with a maximum of pressure in order to achieve maximum pressure level. The indicated level of performance will be reached after a bonding period of 24 hours at 23°C.
